Now Booking for Christmas 2025!
Follow these tips to ensure your visit from Santa and Mrs. Claus is a magical and memorable one!
Provide a phone contact: Share the cell phone number of someone who will be present at the event and can be reached easily. This ensures smooth communication with us on our journey to you.
Designate a convenient parking spot: Reserve a parking space close to the entrance for us. This makes it easier for us to arrive without hassle and ensures we can quickly get into character for you.
Arrange a welcoming committee: Have someone meet us outside to guide us to the event location and assist with loading packages into his sack if needed. This helps us being welcomed and prepared.
Create a grand entrance: Plan for us to make a spectacular entrance that captures everyone's attention. This could involve festive music, special lighting, or a dramatic reveal to build excitement.
Set up a photo-friendly area: Position our chairs (sturdy, high-backed chairs like dining room chairs are perfect!) against an attractive backdrop in a well-lit area for photos. Ensure there is enough space for group photos and avoid placing us near a real fireplace for safety reasons (not to mention it can get a little warm!)
Encourage group activities: Organize a common activity that everyone can participate in, such as singing holiday songs or playing festive games. This fosters a sense of togetherness and keeps the holiday spirit alive.
Gifts from Santa: We are happy to hand out any packages you provide. We ask that all packages contain an item of equal, or close to equal, value with recipient names clearly labeled and taped to each package. Every child present should receive a package. Finally, packages should not be opened until Santa and Mrs. Claus have departed.
Keep children engaged and supervised: Plan activities to keep the children occupied and together, giving us a few moments to prepare for our departure. This ensures a smooth transition and maintains the festive mood.
Handle payments discreetly: If you would like to offer a tip (appreciated but never required), place the tip in a Christmas card or envelope to avoid handing us cash or checks directly. This keeps the transaction private and maintains the magical atmosphere for the children.
