Follow these tips to ensure your visit from Santa and Mrs. Claus is a magical and memorable one!

1. Provide a phone contact: Share the cell phone number of someone who will be present at the event and can be reached easily. This ensures smooth communication with us on our journey to you.

2. Designate a convenient parking spot: Reserve a parking space close to the entrance for us. This makes it easier for us to arrive without hassle and ensures we can quickly get into character for you.

3. Arrange a welcoming committee: Have someone meet us outside to guide us to the event location and assist with loading packages into his sack if needed. This helps us being welcomed and prepared.

4. Create a grand entrance: Plan for us to make a spectacular entrance that captures everyone's attention. This could involve festive music, special lighting, or a dramatic reveal to build excitement.

5. Set up a photo-friendly area: Position our chairs (sturdy, high-backed chairs like dining room chairs are perfect!) against an attractive backdrop in a well-lit area for photos. Ensure there is enough space for group photos and avoid placing us near a real fireplace for safety reasons (not to mention it can get a little warm!)
