All Services Include Mrs. Claus Unless Otherwise Noted!

Standard Rate

• $150/hour (1 hour minimum)

  • In-Home Visits: Please note that a typical in-home is 30 minutes up to 1 hour for most families, with most visits averaging 30-40 minutes.

  • Photographer Partnerships:

    • We do not require more than a 1 hour minimum. Others require 2 or even 3 hour minimums, but not us!

    • Enjoy a complimentary promotional/marketing shoot when you book at least 3 hours! We will work with you to arrange a time for the marketing shoot.

Christmas in July / Summer Appearances (Casual Attire)

• $100/hour (1 hour minimum)

Special Gift Delivery (Santa only)

• $50. Your very special gift is personally delivered to a recipient by Santa Claus himself!

Christmas Eve

• $300/hour (1 hour minimum)

Christmas Eve "Sneak-A-Peek" Experience (Santa only)

• Available Christmas Eve from 10:00 PM - 2:00 AM

• $250 (15-20 minutes)

Christmas Day

• $400/hour (1 hour minimum)

Mileage

• All services include 40 round-trip miles from our Lafayette home address to your event address at no charge.

• For events with an address beyond 40 round-trip miles, please note that a mileage fee of $1 per additional mile will be added, rounded up to the next whole mile. For example, if your event address is 57.6 round-trip miles from our home address, a mileage fee of $18 will be added (57.6 miles rounded up to 58 round-trip miles - 40 included round-trip miles = 18 additional round-trip miles @ $1 each).

• Mileage between our home address and your event's address will be determined using Google Maps.

About Our Rates

According to GigSalad, the regional pricing for Santa Clauses including Lafayette, IN as of December 2, 2025 is as follows and would represent a standard visit:

• $100 (low price - 1 hour)

• $200 (average price - 1 hour)

• $300 (high price - 1 hour).

So what's the difference between low, average, and high?

I consider "low" to be someone buying a cheap Santa Claus costume off the rack with no formal training, education, insurance, or background checks. He meets with each child, asks what he or she wants for Christmas, and that's pretty much it.

At the furthest end of the range, I consider "high" to be an educated, experienced Santa Claus who is fully insured and background checked, maintains a professional appearance and demeanor true to the traditional expectations of Santa Claus, possesses a high-quality wardrobe, and incorporates a variety of props and storytelling in his visits. Every conversation with every child -- or child at heart! -- is a moment he treasures. His ultimate goal is to deliver a magical and memorable experience that exceeds all expectations.

I consider myself to be that high-end Santa, but it's important to me that I provide that level of service at a non-high end price to be as affordable to as many people as possible. Now consider that you're also getting an equally high-end Mrs. Claus for the same price, and honestly, that's an incredible value. You're getting a high-end Santa AND Mrs. Claus for less than the average hourly price for a Santa Claus in our region. This reflects that our desire to do what we do is genuinely driven from our hearts, our love of Christmas, and a desire to bring the joy, love, and magic of Christmas to children of all ages!
