How are payments accepted?
All payments are made online using Stripe, our secure payment platform. When you receive an invoice via email, it will contain a button to review your invoice. When the invoice is displayed, the Stripe payment options will appear as well.
We accept payments from a variety of debit and credit cards.
Do you accept cash or personal checks?
As a general rule, no, but we're open to accepting cash if it's your only option. We do accept business checks, but no personal checks, please.
You're responsible for contacting us and making arrangements to personally deliver cash or business checks to us. Invoice due dates remain unchanged for all payment methods. Please note that a fee of $40.00 will be assessed for each returned check.
